Literasi Fintech Generasi Z Dan Tren Penggunaan E-Money di Era Digital

Transformasi digital telah mempercepat perubahan cara masyarakat bertransaksi, khususnya melalui adopsi e-money di kalangan Generasi Z. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat literasi fintech Generasi Z dengan fokus pada tiga dimensi utama, yaitu perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, dan personal innovativeness. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik survei melalui kuesioner berbasis daring yang disebarkan kepada 115 responden Generasi Z. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan skala Likert 1–5 dan dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk menggambarkan persepsi responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Generasi Z menilai e-money mudah dipelajari, mudah dioperasikan, serta relatif cepat dikuasai. Selain itu, mereka memandang e-money bermanfaat, mempermudah transaksi, serta menawarkan kepraktisan dan kecepatan dalam penggunaan. Temuan lain mengindikasikan bahwa Generasi Z memiliki minat tinggi dalam mengeksplorasi informasi baru dan mencoba pengalaman baru, meskipun tidak semua responden menunjukkan kecenderungan sebagai pelopor inovasi. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi teoretis dengan memperkuat literatur literasi fintech melalui integrasi kerangka Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Diffusion of Innovation (DOI), serta implikasi praktis bagi penyedia layanan dan regulator dalam merancang strategi edukasi dan inovasi produk agar sesuai dengan karakteristik Generasi Z
